STEP 3.  Look at the plan on the web.

It is the same as the plan you downloaded except that it contains links to information that will help you complete some sections of the plan.  These links may also be a source of information that you want to add to your plan.  You can add information by printing and placing behind the plan page it belongs with or by placing it in an appendix at the end of the plan.
