STEP 4.  Complete the Inventory Section.

Complete this section as well as you can.  This is where you list ownership and addresses, document what property produces and how the land is used.  Note that there are links to information to help you describe the vegetation or habitats on your ranch.  There are also links to information about rare, threatened and endangered species.  California vegetation types have been named following several different methods.  You could use the names that you have always used such as annual grassland, oak-woodland, sagebrush, etc. or you could use one of the names used by various natural resource agencies.
