STEP 7. Complete the Practice Documentation Section.

First you will document the practices that you currently use that protect water quality. After you complete your Non-point Source Self-Assessment you will have an idea of what pollution sources you need to address on your property. In the potential column check the practices that you could use to fix the pollution sources you identified. In the selected column check the practices that you actually plan to implement. In the last column record the date that a practice was installed or implemented. Be sure to take some pictures before and after you install a new practice (see Step 8 Monitoring).
