RE:  Statement of Intent for XYZ Ranch for Compliance with the Garcia TMDL

 

XYZ Ranch has chosen to comply with the TMDL Action Plan utilizing Option 2.  I understand that Option 2 includes the submittal and approval of an Erosion Control Plan and a Site-Specific Management Plan by January 3, 2005.  This ranch will abide by the management measures contained in the Garcia River Management Plan until such time that the Regional Water Board approves the Site-Specific Management Plan.
